4)“How does color affect the viewer's reaction to Picasso’s “Celestina” in blue tones and in
Kiki Smith’s “Virgin Mary” in red tones?

The shades of blue in Picasso's painting "Celestina," gives the painting a depressing and sad feeling.  The use of shades of red in Kiki Smith's Virgin Mary gives the wax figure a welcoming, happy and warm feeling to the wax figure.
5) How does color in these two works of art play a role in the reaction of the viewer?

The colour in these two works of art plays a role in the reaction of the viewer by allowing the viewer a more emotional response.  This allows the viewer to better connect to the works of art rather than just being an outsider looking in.
6) How might other people’s associations with color affect their perception of this
portrait?”

Other peoples associations with colour might affect the perception of the portrait because people have different feelings and different emotional responses to  different colours and may have different viewpoints with the perception of the portrait.   For example, one person, based on her own background, may feel calmed by the colour blue, but another person may feel saddened by the colour blue.
7) Looking to your color wheel, what are 3 areas you are most proud of and what are you most proud of?

Looking at my colour wheel, the thing I am most proud of is how much I learned and the progress I made through the process.  At the beginning of the process, I had alot of difficulty with mixing the colours and many of the darker shades all looked almost black.  I  also feel proud of  the mixing of colours, particularly in the blue, green and red-violet shades  and the touchups made to my colour wheel through the progress of making it.
8) What areas if you had more time you would rework and why?

If I had more time to rework my colour wheel I would rework my darker shades because when I mixed the shades, the darker shades were much darker then I wanted and anticipated.  I would also rework the bubble letters because they are a bit messy and not as crisp looking as I wanted.
